Discover free holiday clubs for young people

The holidays can be long and hard if family funds aren’t there to fill days with nutritious meals and fun activities. But information on free clubs that can make holidays happy and healthy, is only a click away…

Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) clubs are fully funded to children receiving free school meals by the Department for Education and enable school children aged 4-16 years to enjoy fun (free of charge) holiday activities while enjoying a nutritious meal. The £220m programme is only open to any child who receives benefits related school meals.

At the clubs children have the opportunity to learn everything from new sports and creative skills through to circus skills, martial arts and cooking. With places at each club limited, it’s worth spreading the word early to ensure that as many children as possible benefit from these fun, free opportunities.
