Open days are a great way to get a feel for a university and find out more about the courses on offer to help learners make decisions about their choices. There are open days running throughout the summer and dates for the autumn term are open for booking. Universities have a range of different packages of support for targeted learners to help with travel costs.
Locally, there are opportunities to visit universities and FE Colleges offering higher education. Nationally there are a number of different websites you can use to search for open days including the UCAS website, Uni Taster Days, opendays.com and the complete university guide.
