Explore your future with Uni & You: Support, inspiration, and fun
Uni & You brings together young people in care from across Sussex. Run by the University of Sussex and Sussex Learning Network, the programme provides an insight into university life and gives support and guidance around careers and higher education.
There are three exciting events coming up this year:
Tuesday 4th March
- Careers event at the University of Sussex - find out where a degree could take you, explore different career paths, and get advice from qualified Get Career Confident careers advisors.
Monday 5th May
- Foster family fun day - bring your carers and foster siblings to a bank holiday fun day out!
Thursday 10th July
- Trip to Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. Learn about studying performing arts and get backstage in a hands on workshop making props for a show.
Places are free of charge and include all travel, food and drink. Learners are able to bring a Carer with them if they would like and costs for the Carer are also covered. Email uniandyou@sussex.ac.uk to find out more and sign up.
