Equality and Diversity support for schools and colleges
As part of our Uni Connect programme, we are pleased to be able to continue to offer the successful Unconscious Bias Conscious Inclusion CPD. Using feedback from our work in this area over the last few years, we have created an opportunity for schools and colleges to develop a bespoke package of support to suit the needs of your school or college.
Many areas of Sussex are not richly ethnically diverse and school and college teams often do not reflect the diversity of the school population. Our new programme offers support intended to improve the lived experience, inclusion and sense of belonging for students, staff and families of colour.
The programme is led by Beth and John who will meet with you to discuss your school or college’s current situation and needs. The aim of the discussions is to highlight which of our specific training opportunities and/or facilitated workshops will be appropriate for your school’s ongoing development.
