UCAS have a comprehensive guide covering all the essentials for learners preparing for results day. The guide has a checklist of everything for learners to have ready ahead of the day including a podcast explaining clearing, information on understanding your application status and information on student finance and accommodation if a learner's situation changes based on their results.
