Summer University 2024 applications are open
Summer University at The Courtauld provides the perfect opportunity for Year 12, state/college or home educated students to explore the exciting and dynamic subject, History of Art.
In 2024, The Courtauld will run two Summer Universities, one in-person (Discover Art History) and one online (Art and Identity). Applications are now open and will close at 5pm, on Monday 6th May.
Art and Identity (online): Monday 1 – Friday 5 July: This year's theme will question how identity can be examined, interpreted and explained through art.
Discover Art History (in-person): Tuesday 9 - Thursday 11 July: Based at The Courtauld Gallery (Somerset House, London), attendees will explore how cultural identities of our cities are formed through depictions of, and the art and architecture within, them.
