Microaggressions Teaching Resources

Have you seen out fantastic Microaggressions teaching resources which were created in partnership with learners from Seaford Head School and the University of Brighton? The resources seek to reduce the instances of Microaggressions and promote inclusive learning environments by:

  • Enabling students and staff to recognise microaggressions and the many forms they can take
  • Creating understanding about the impact of microaggressions
  • Empowering students and staff to develop positive, practical strategies for challenging them when they occur
  • Giving students the understanding and confidence to be effective allies and advocates for each other.
