Brighton & Hove City Council have a new Post 16 Transitions toolkit. This is a guide for young people, parents/carers and professionals to moving from school to post 16 education, training and employment. The guide is aimed at anyone supporting the transition of young people from school into post 16 education, training and employment including schools, academies and other education training establishments as well as parents and carers.
