Free CPD - Preparing students to thrive in the NET Zero Labour Market with WWF
This session will focus on the importance and rise of sustainable careers and how you can embed it within your school or college curriculum. The session will be presented by David Blackmore, Head of Sustainable Careers, WWF-UK. David has worked in formal and informal education for over 15 years, including as a teacher at a sixth form college, and more recently as a member of senior leadership teams at a national youth social action charity and a careers education and social mobility charity. He’s particularly passionate about increasing the diversity of the environmental sector, engaging young people that may not have necessarily considered a career in the sector, particularly those from underrepresented groups.
The event will take place online on Monday 15th January 2024 from 3pm – 4:30pm.
