Looking for new resources to inspire your students about career opportunities? Our ‘See To Be’ videos feature real people talking about the roles they love, what they involve and how they got into them.
Our videos give a feel for the different roles across a wide range of career areas. With almost 100 different videos there is something for everyone to watch and be inspired. The videos can be filtered by area for students who want to watch a video in a specific industry. The areas include STEM, Health & Welfare, Sports, Cultural & Creative, Professional, Tech & Media, Hospitality and Land & Construction.
The videos can be used by themselves or you can link them to the huge library of careers resources available on our Get Career Confident website. You can watch Becky’s video on being a video game designer on the Cultural and Creative page and then head over to our careers research page and visit the websites under IT to find out more about the UK’s IT industry, jobs available and qualifications needed for jobs in this area.
We have also brought together a selection of videos of people with SEND in job various roles. Our careers research page links to other resources which provide more detailed information about gaining qualifications and looking for jobs for young people with SEND.
