We're searching for a delivery partner
The Careers Beyond Covid programme recognises that the employment prospects of young people aged 16-30 have been disproportionately impacted by the pandemic and offers a comprehensive programme of employment transition support to help them overcome barriers into work so that they can secure sustained employment. It also supports local employers in finding ‘job ready’ young people to fill positions in their organisations.
Careers Beyond Covid works with two groups:
i) Unemployed young people aged 16-30 either not in education or employment, who are job seeking and in receipt of universal credit
ii) Economically inactive young people, who are soon to leave or have recently left education, who have no job or training secured and are not in receipt of universal credit
We are now seeking an experienced organisation to join us as a key delivery partner in delivering the Careers Beyond Covid programme into 2023. They will work with 250 young people in group one delivering a comprehensive programme of support that enables them to overcome barriers to employment, source potential job opportunities and ease their successful transition into the workplace.
