We are looking to expand our team working on the Chichester College Group and Sussex Learning Network’s Collaborative Outreach Programme (SLN:COP). The project helps design activities to support young people and adults with progression to Higher Education (HE), Higher Apprenticeships or professional courses and we currently have the following job opportunities:

Progression & Liaison Coach – Crawley & Brinsbury Campus

You will deliver, record and evaluate a HE coaching programme with a targeted cohort and will have Level 2 literacy and numeracy, experience of working with a wide range of students in an educational setting, coaching and mentoring skills and proven communication and interpersonal skills.

The role will be split across the Crawley and Brinsbury sites with occasional evening work.

£18,542 – £20,269 per annum, plus Crawley Weighting allowance £610 per annum

Fixed term – 2 years

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

School & College Progression and Engagement Coordinator – Crawley & Brinsbury Campus

You will strengthen the links between higher education, further education, schools and training providers to help raise the aspirations and attainments of young people and adults by delivering a programme of progressive outreach activities from year 6 to year 13 and undergraduate transition support.

You will have Level 2 literacy and numeracy, some experience of delivering FE/HE outreach and schools liaison to schools, coaching and mentoring skills and proven communication and interpersonal skills

The role will be split across the Crawley and Brinsbury sites with occasional evening work.

£26,459 per annum, plus Crawley Weighting allowance £610 per annum
