Emergency Learning at Home Outreach Fund
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Sussex Learning Network is making funds available to educational providers and community organisations to help them both understand and mitigate some of the barriers young people and adults are facing while learning at home during the lockdown period. We have launched an emergency funds for educational providers and community based organisations to help overcome some of the practical barriers currently being faced by vulnerable and disadvantaged groups across Sussex.
The fund seeks to provide emergency equipment, resources and services to support the education, learning and provision of advice and guidance to vulnerable and disadvantaged young people and their families up until July 2020. It is designed to help learners stay motivated and resilient.
Funding of up to £25,000 is available per project and will awarded on a rolling basis. The fund will close at the end of July 2020, or when all resources have been committed.
If you are a school, sixth form college, further education college, training provider or university based in Sussex please ensure you read the funding guidance and contact the relevant SLN programme manager (details can be found in guidance note) before completing an application.
