The University of Chichester is currently seeking a School and College Progression and Engagement Officer. The post-holder will be part of the localised National Collaborative Outreach Programme (NCOP) and will be based in Crawley.

The University and the Chichester College Group are committed to a Widening Participation agenda and aim to strengthen partnerships between higher education, further education, schools and training providers. Of particular concern is how to raise both the aspirations and attainments of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds who are currently under-represented in higher education. You will demonstrate experience in Widening Participation issues and activities including working with young people and those that work with them. You will have exceptional communication and organisational skills; the ability to network and work as part of a team, engendering co-operation and collaborative working.
