Get Career Confident is a personal careers programme currently running in thirteen schools across Sussex. Developed in collaboration with the Sussex Learning Network and Elev8 Careers, the project is designed to improve the quality and quantity of personal guidance young learners receive and to raise awareness of progression and careers opportunities across the region, supporting learners to make informed choices about their futures.
Get Career Confident supports learners to get the most out of their personal guidance interview in school through a suite of online resources, videos and targeted social media campaigns. A dedicated website houses news, tools and videos designed to support careers education.
We’re creating a range of short videos offering short, practical IAG tips as well as information on a range of different roles, professions and industries which are free to access and use.
