(Organised in conjunction with the Brighton & Hove Employment & Skills Steering Group and City College Brighton and Hove)
Exploring e-Learning Technologies (June 2008)
Following the highly successful Exploring e-Learning Technologies event in February, there is a further opportunity to gain hands on experience of a range of e-Learning technologies.

Foundation degree symposium "Curriculum, Curriculum, Curriculum". (April 2008)
The symposium provided an excellent opportunity for those planning the curriculum, teaching or advising students to find out what goes on in building a higher education qualification that is designed to make an impact on those in and entering the workforce.
SLN e-learning seminar (Feb 2008)
This event offered some 'hands-on' opportunities for interaction with a number of innovative learning technologies. Members of The Open University OpenLearn team were available to introduce free online study materials and provide editing support.

SLN Conference 2007 – seven Sussex conferences in two days (June 20 and 21)
Learning what works – learning at work in Sussex
The second annual conference of the SLN had something for everyone with an interest in vocational learning. It was open to learners, employers and practitioners.
e-Learning conference (May 2007)

Foundation degrees five years on (April 2007)
This event has been organised by the SLN and the Centre for Learning and Teaching at the University of Brighton for all those in Sussex with an interest in Foundation degrees. Presentations, handouts and photographs from the Foundation degree Symposium are now available online.
