New consultants appointed to Arts & New Media

The SLN Arts & New Media curriculum area has agreed consultancy contracts with institutions across Sussex, drawing in a range of expertise in specific subject areas.

AV & New Media
Paul Andersen (University of Chichester)
Mark Greco (City College Brighton & Hove)

Art & Design
Anthony McIntosh (University of Brighton)

The consultants will be involved in:

• bringing together interested parties from across Sussex
• developing and formalising progression agreements in their area
• identifying areas for staff development
• engaging with local employers
• presenting the strand’s conference “Making “IT” in the Creative Industries” on 20 June 2007

Initial meetings between the consultants have proved dynamic and positive, and the team is looking forward to working with partners to deliver the SLN's objectives in Arts & New Media.
