Embedding Widening Participation: Embracing Diversity

Action on Access’s 7th annual national conference seeks to bring together major policy and strategy strands of widening participation particularly in the context of the new fees environment. Speakers and workshops will explore a wide range of issues including: the policy and marketing context, embedding widening participation, the academic and business case for widening participation. Senior managers and practitioners from institutions and Aimhigher partnerships will lead, and participate in thematic seminars. We are delighted that the Secretary of State for Education and the Chief Executive for HEFCE have agreed to be keynote speakers.

Aims: The conference seeks to bring major policy and strategy themes together with good practice.
