Accreditation of higher level in-house training
24 Aug 2010

Are you interested in the accreditation of in-house training at HE level, APEL, employer responsive HE, business development, or curriculum development and delivery?
Accreditation of in-house training is often the best way to meet the needs of employers so this Sussex Learning Network event will look at best practice and case studies, what works and what doesn’t.
Where and when
The event will take place at the Bramber House Conference Centre, University of Sussex, from 14:00-16:30 on 8 September 2010. Refreshments will be available
Our expert presenters
Marian Redding, Head of Modular Programmes, Anglia Ruskin University. Marian leads on APEL and accreditation at the university. Her session will focus on the preparation, operation and quality assurance issues to be considered when HEIs accredit work based learning.
Marian will also address the importance of the ongoing relationship between the education provider and the employer throughout the process.
Dr Charlotte Ramage, Work-based Learning Co-ordinator, School of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Brighton. Charlotte has extensive experience in the development and organisation of work-based learning modules within courses and workplaces.
