23 Aug 2007

In a recent web poll for accountants Ernst and Young, 44% of respondents rated on the job training opportunities as their highest consideration when thinking about potential first employers.
An article from the BBC reveals that salary and benefits, and work/life balance, came in second and third places respectively.

The Sussex Learning Network has responded to the need locally for the ongoing development of the workforce, and has been working through its curriculum leads to develop opportunities for employees to study while they work, for qualifications from foundation degree to masters level.
