Project update February 2010

We are basing our initial provision on our identifying the most relevant and attractive modules from our pre-validated foundation degrees. Leaflets are being produced and a web presence via city college’s web site to market this provision.

The following modules will be offered initially:

• Food and Nutrition - 20 credits level 4
• Food Science and Technology 20 credits level 5
• Customer Service 10 credits level 4

The following modules are currently in discussion: ( all 20 credits)

• Accounting in Business
• Small Business Management
• Marketing and Consumer Behaviour
• Human Resource Development
• Personal Development Planning
• Business Strategy and Management
