City College Brighton and Hove (CCBH) is developing employer responsive provision in the following sectors in the Brighton area:

• Business
• Retail
• Hospitality

CCBH is already validated to run work based Foundation Degrees in Food and Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Event Management and Travel and Tourism as well as work-based BA top-up degrees in Hospitality and Event Management.

Over 2008-2009 the college has built a strong reputation with employers through an enhanced Train to Gain contract and the Apprenticeship programme and is developing and delivering "bite-size" modular provision for local businesses and their employees, offering flexible delivery models with multiple starting points through out the year on a rolling basis

Through the CWL project City College intends to explore methods of putting student credit towards a full award of the University of Brighton.
